Manasi Kadne

She will lead the L’Oreal Garnier account, and replaces Payal Vaidya, who moves on after more than three years with the agency.

Vaidya’s next move was unclear at the time of publishing.

Kadne joins from Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai where she was a creative director.

She brings 15 years of experience to the role, having worked at McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, Mudra and SSC&B Lintas, and won at awards shows Cannes Lions, One Show, New York Fest and Communication Arts.

She has worked extensively on beauty brands such as L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, Lakme, Ponds, Rejoice, Kiah Diamonds and Bombay Dyeing, and also has experience with the likes of Google, McDonalds, UDV, Tata Sky and Axis Bank.

Publicis India’s top creative and MD Bobby Pawar said: “Manasi can help us up our game. She is not only a good creative, she is a good leader. But what I like most about her is that her creativity isn’t limited to the office, it bleeds into her life. Her interests will only aid us in making new kinds of stuff for our brands.”

Kadne is the third female creative director at Publicis, joining Roshni Kavina and Shyamashree D’Mello.

She is among India’s few female creative directors, joining the likes of JWT’s Tista Sena and Zenobia Pithawalla at Ogilvy.
