Y&R Philippines hires former Ogilvy boss Randy Aquino as CEO as Anna Testa moves on

Y&R has named new leadership in the Philippines following the exit of Anna Testa after a year and a half with the agency.
Joining the agency as CEO is former Ogilvy boss Randy Aquino, who marks a return to adland after a stint as head of regional market development at Monde Nissin Corporation.
Testa joined Y&R from Leo Burnett Singapore, where she was global brand agency director on P&G brand SK-II.
Sanjay Bhasin, Southeast Asia CEO of Y&R, said that Aquino was “a well-known figure in the marketing community, with a proven track record of business growth and strategic strength.”
Bhasin thanked Testa for her contribution: “During her time with us, Y&R Philippines has seen a slew of new business wins including Asia Brewery Inc and Goldilocks, as well as winning the country’s only APAC Effie for TURDTalks and being named ‘Best in Industry Leadership and Community Service’.
