MEC APAC names Coley MD of MEC Singapore and appoints Chan first chief client officer

coleyAllison Coley has been named the new managing director of MEC Singapore and MEC Global Solutions Asia Pacific.

The agency has also appointed Connie Chan as the region’s first chief client officer.

Coley, previously client president for MEC Global Solutions London, will lead the integrated MEC Singapore and Global Solutions businesses, driving best-in-class client work, managing the agency’s talent, and driving new business growth.

chanAs chief client officer for MEC APAC, Chan, who had been managing director of MEC Global Solutions in Singapore since the division’s inception in 2006, will develop and implement client-centric solutions for all key regional clients in the region and drive the agency’s client leadership community. Both Chan and Coley will report into Peter Vogel, MEC’s APAC CEO.

Sharon Soh, the current managing director of MEC Singapore, is to leave the agency by the end of the month. She had been with MEC for 18 years.
