Singapore Airlines retains top spot in year-long YouGov brand perception study
Singapore Airlines has retained top spot in a year-long analysis of brands in Singapore.
The YouGov study quizzed consumers throughout 2016 and measured the public perception of 250 brands.
The airline came out top in the BrandIndex, followed by What’sApp and Apple’s iPhone. Facebook was fourth with Uniqlo completing the top five.
The Straits Times was 10th overall and topped the news category, with Channel News Asia second and Today third.
In the banking sector, DBS triumphed while Google romped home in the Internet category.
Malaysian Airlines saw the top improvement.
