Events agency Luminous Experiential appoints Fabienne Balleux as GM

Publicis Communications has appointed Fabienne Balleux as general manager of its events agency Luminous Experiential in Singapore.

Balleux joined the agency last week, having relocated from her home country France last year. Prior to joining the agency, Balleux acted as events director for Paris-based agency Oconnection and has previously worked for GroupM and Dentsu Aegis Network in France. During her 15-year career, she has created events and experiential campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken and Euro 2016.

Balleux replaces Tamsyn Barker, who left the agency after six years in October to join marketing agency FreemanXP as executive creative director. She will report to Publicis Communications chief executive Lou Dela Pena.

“I am looking to bring to Asia my knowledge and expertise and contribute to new amazing experiences, breaking the rules of traditional communication in a company’s marketing and communications department,” Balleux said.
