Pizza Hut Malaysia hands Zeno Malaysia its 35th anniversary account

Pizza Hut Malaysia has chosen Zeno Malaysia as its agency of record to lead a campaign celebrating its 35th year in the country.

The agency, which falls under the Daniel J Edelman umbrella, will be responsible for a year-long campaign entitled ’35 Years; for the love of smiles’.

The campaign concept explores the power of sharing pizza and generating smiles among its consumers.

As well as the core campaign messaging, Zeno will also handle communications strategy, creative, digital and public relations.

Pizza Hut Malaysia chief marketing officer Jean Ler said: “Pizza Hut’s 35 years in Malaysia have been more than just 35 years of growth, it’s been 35 years of putting smiles on people’s faces and celebration from milestone to milestone, occasion to occasion.

“This is our core belief and our 35th Anniversary campaign is about ensuring consumers remember what Pizza Hut is about, and making us relevant to the new generation.”

Zeno Group, a mid-sized global agency, first opened its office in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur in 2014.

Led by managing director David Lian, the agency works with clients including Intel, Jacobs crackers and TGI Fridays.
