Reprise appoints Resolution’s Simon Talvard-Balland as APAC digital solutions head

IPG Mediabrands has named Resolution Singapore’s Simon Talvard-Balland as head of digital solutions APAC for its performance arm Reprise.

Talvard-Balland spent two years at Resolution and PHD Singapore, acting as regional director on the Unilever account across the APAC region.

The announcement: 

With more than ten years industry experience spanning New York, Paris, Walldorf, Tokyo and Singapore, Simon Talvard-Balland is skilled at leading multi-national teams across search, social media, channel marketing, digital transformation and business development.

Having specialised in multiple categories including FMCG, technology, hospitality, health, and automotive, his passion for innovation and diversity led him to spend two years travelling across forty countries as an independent consultant / digital nomad before settling in Asia in 2014.

Talvard-Balland joins Reprise from his position as Regional Director Resolution Media where he led the Unilever account across the APAC region.

Talvard-Balland will report to Scott McBride, Chief Digital Officer IPG Mediabrands APAC, and will be based in Singapore. His appointment is effective immediately.
