Kantar appoints Nitin Nishandar as Vietnam CEO

Kantar has promoted its regional managing director Nitin Nishandar to the position of chief executive officer for Vietnam.

Nishandar, who has been with the WPP research agency for nearly 20 years, has also been handed the role of chief commercial officer for its insights division for Asia-Pacific.

The announcement:

As CCO, Nitin will lead the strategy and execution on key accounts, as well as new business development, ensuring collaboration across Kantar and the strong delivery of insights that help clients make effective decisions.

As CEO of Vietnam, Nitin will partner with Phil Worthington and Ashish Kanchan to support the continued strength and development of the Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS teams, taking over from Jon Foged following his appointment as Kantar CEO in Australia.

Commenting on the appointment, Adrian Gonzalez, CEO of Kantar’s Insights Division in North Asia, South East Asia, Pacific, says: “Nitin exemplifies client centricity and is a trusted advisor to many of our clients regionally and globally.
