NTUC Income retains Happy Marketer as digital agency

NTUC Income has re-appointed Happy Marketer as its digital analytics and marketing automation agency for 2018.

Following the re-appointment, the agency will provide services around digital web and mobile app analytics, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing services for Income.

The announcement: 

Incumbent Happy Marketer has been Income’s chosen agency since June 2017.

In partnership with Happy Marketer, during the last six months, Income has been able to increase the efficiency of its digital media spend by 33% and reduce cost per acquisition by over 64%, while gaining micro-level visibility on performance of various marketing initiatives with attribution insights.

Anny Huang, Income’s Head of Ecommerce, said the organisation chose to continue their partnership with Happy Marketer “Their consultative and data-driven approach to digital paved the way for us to achieve our business targets and drive double digit Y-o-Y growth from digital in 2017.
