Co-working space Naked Hub appoints Golin Hong Kong to PR brief

Following a pitch, Hong Kong co-working chain Naked Hub has appointed Golin to manage its communications account.

The Interpublic-owned agency will be tasked with promoting the hubs at Bonham Strand and New Street, plus the upcoming launch of a new space in Harbour Square.

The announcement:

Golin showed a clear understanding of what naked Hub brings to the Hong Kong community and why we represent the future of working here,” said Anjali Nihalchand, Head of Marketing for naked Hub Hong Kong. “We were especially impressed by the agency’s approach to creative, yet highly actionable ideas that are rooted in Hong Kong relevancy – it’s a very unique market and a local approach but with global resourcing is key to growth and success.”

She continues: “The Golin team will facilitate naked Hub to build a network of relationships in Hong Kong and beyond, while widely demonstrating our core tenets of hospitality, design, technology and community.”

“naked Hub is changing what it means to go to the office by offering community-minded environments and a holistic approach to the way people work today.  These values correspond perfectly with Golin’s own views on flexible working,” said Stephen Millikin, Executive Director, Consumer, Golin Hong Kong.

Headquartered in Shanghai, the group has also appointed Golin to lead its China communications. This month also marked the announcement of the partnership between naked Hub and WeWork. By joining forces, naked Hub and WeWork will be able to help many more innovators and companies across China and the region be more successful.
