JWT APAC wins global account with ASUS

Taiwanese computer giant ASUS has handed J. Walter Thompson Asia-Pacific the account to create its new global marketing campaign.

The brief, which covers campaign strategy, brand, digital and communications, will be led from the creative agency’s regional headquarters in Singapore.

According to the agency, the campaign will ASUS’s biggest single global marketing communications campaign to date, with work underway for international rollout.

The win marks a turnaround of JWT Singapore’s fortunes after the agency recently lost one of its flagship accounts, Changi Airport, to WPP rival Ogilvy.
