Experience agency Huge Singapore sets sights on APAC growth with senior hire

US-based consumer experience agency Huge is looking to expand its operations in Asia Pacific with former Accenture Interactive executive Amy Chia charged with driving growth in the region.

Chia will be based in Singapore after 18 months in Hong Kong with Accenture.

She previously spent nearly four years at Possible and five years at OgilvyOne before taking a senior marketing role with Nestle. Chia joined Accenture in November 2016.

In her role as vice president of new business development, Chia will oversee Huge Singapore’s growth strategy and development across APAC.

Huge Singapore managing director Martin Riley said Chia’s “incredibly diverse background, spanning client, agency and consultancy” will help drive growth for the business.

Chia said the industry is going through a “transformative time” where successful agencies must have the right combination of “vision, culture, talents and agility”.
