New Singapore agency to put stickers and GIFs at top of marketing agenda

A Singapore-based entrepreneur is hoping to help brands start “better conversations” with their consumers through sharing stickers and GIFs on social media.

Casie Millhouse-Singh has launched Two Lane, a digital agency specialising in marketing through Tenor, an online GIF search engine and database.

The agency is currently working with insurance-tacking start-up Raxel Telematics, plus other unnamed Asia-based clients looking to gain a foothold in the United States.

Speaking to Mumbrella, Millhouse-Singh said: “I want to be that connector between users and brands, and help them form two-way conversations at scale.

“GIFs are the future of digital marketing. They are essentially ads in themselves, but are things people share between themselves and their friends. I see it as being like the equivalent of previously cutting out a print ad or article and sharing it amongst your peer-group.

“There’s big demand for this for Asian brands looking to reach the West, but also inbound marketing to this region from the US.”

Currently Two Lane is being operated by Millhouse-Singh from Singapore with the assistance of 16 freelance workers based in North America and Malaysia.

In addition to GIFs, the agency also specialises in Instagram stickers and building chatbots for brands.
