Tobias Wilson steps down as IAB Singapore chair after 2 years as new board elected
Tobias Wilson is to step down as the chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Singapore after two years following this year’s election.
Wilson, who has been on the IAB Board for the past four years, said he wanted to focus on his agency, APD.
In a statement he said: “I have loved every minute of being on the IAB Board and couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved. I’ve regretfully decided to step down this year to focus my time on APD’s growing remit as well as my two boys. I will continue to support IAB and wish the new board and [IAB CEO] Miranda [Dimopoulos] every success.”
The IAB Singapore will elect the new chair and vice-chair in early June.
Wilson’s departure coincides with the election of a new board and committee co-chairs, following an election.
