Wallet provider Coinhako appoints head of marketing

Coinhako – Singapore’s leading digital asset wallet provider – appointed Linh Pham as its new Head of Marketing.

The announcement:

As a marketing expert with over seven years of experience in boosting the expansion of prominent start-ups within the Asia-Pacific during their early phases, Linh previously served as both the Global Digital Marketing Director at the Paktor Group – the fast-growing, Singapore-based dating and social networking platform – as well as the Director of Growth and Strategy the company’s experimental lab division.

In these roles, she helped to empower and unify global digital marketing teams as well as develop marketing strategies for newly-acquired mobile apps in key markets such as the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Taiwan.

Before that, she held several other positions at Paktor such as Regional Marketing Director (Southeast Asia, Korea and Taiwan) as well as the Country Lead and Marketing Manager for Vietnam.

During this period, she helped them achieve several key milestones such as breaking the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest speed dating event in 2013 via the Paktor Speed Date Night and organising the ‘Forever Alone No More’ viral video campaign in 2015.

Linh also worked with leading e-commerce platform Lazada – during its infancy as a venture by Germany-based Rocket Internet – for its Vietnam office as a marketing executive. In this capacity, she was responsible for the planning and implementation of online marketing campaigns; alongside developing CRM and loyalty programmes to maximise sales, customer satisfaction and customer retention.

In this role, she also assisted the company’s Managing Director in the hiring of senior staff to grow and nurture Lazada’s nascent local team.

Linh graduated with a Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University with a bachelor’s in Commerce (Marketing) in 2011. During her time there, she volunteered as a Community Service Officer for the Golden Key Honour Society, which is an international organisation aimed at emboldening high-achieving students across the Asia-Pacific.

She also possesses a certificate in Marketing Analytics: Marketing Measurement Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley.
