Cambodian PR and digital firms confirm merger to form fully integrated agency

Cambodian PR agency Quantum has formally merged with digital specialist Endorphine Concept to create new integrated agency Quantum Endorphine Digital (QED).

The new agency will aim to provide “high-quality content…across traditional, social and digital media channels in Cambodia and beyond”.

Quantum was founded in 2012 in Cambodia, while Endorphine launched in France in 2010 before its founders moved to Cambodia in 2013.

Quantum managing director Julian Rake, a former editor and bureau chief at Thomson Reuters, has taken the role of QED chief executive.

Endorphine Concept co-founder Adrienne Ravez and creative director Yohan Brizolier become QED chief operating officer and chief creative officer respectively.

Rake said while the new merged entity is already up and running, only now has it been made public.

All staff have been retained, he added.

“We have been working as sister agencies for a few years now so it was the logical next step to fully merge our operations,” Rake said.

Ravez added: “We believe that with our integrated services we will be able to show or demonstrate to our customers the benefits of using a top class integrated agency like QED”.

The agency’s client portfolio includes Coca-Cola, Prudential and Tiger Beer, and local brands Pi Pay and Smart Axiata.
