Former Zeno Group MD Matt Collette moves to Ogilvy to head up social division
Zeno Group managing director Matt Collette is to head the social operation of Ogilvy Singapore, replacing Rika Sharma who left the agency to join Digitas.
In his role as managing partner, social, Collette will use creativity and technology to take Ogilvy’s social offering “to the next phrase of growth”.
He will report to Ogilvy Singapore Group MD Ee Rong Chong.
Collette spent more than seven years at Zeno, the last two and half as MD. Prior to joining Zeno he spent two years at H-Line Ogilvy as account director in Beijing.
Chong said in a statement that Collette’s “deep understanding” of Asia will bring value to Ogilvy.
“His ability to build effective teams, combined with his expertise in social media, digital, strategy, technology, planning and public relations makes him a well-rounded practitioner and champion of innovative ideas.
“We’re delighted to have him back in the Ogilvy family”
