Dentsu Impact creates launch campaign for Maruti Suzuki ‘Super Carry’ vehicle

Dentsu Impact has created a campaign for the India-wide launch of the ‘Super Carry’ commercial vehicle from Maruti Suzuki.

An ad stretching to 100 seconds shows a driver delivering a range of goods in various settings, with the execution aiming to demonstrate the vehicle’s attributes.

The campaign has been rolled out across multiple platforms, including TV, in 11 languages.

Maruti Suzuki said it has opened 235 outlets in more than 190 cities to sell the Super Carry.

Dentsu Impact national creative director Anupama Ramaswamy said: “The audience for a commercial vehicle is very different from that of a passenger car. Therefore, it was important to look at ways in which we could connect with the prospective buyer both functionally, as well as emotionally.”

The campaign idea ‘Mera dumdaar yaar’ translates as ‘Your partner on the road to success and winning respect’.
