Tribal Worldwide wins digital mandate for online retail wing of Singapore’s Changi airport

Tribal Worldwide has won the digital creative agency mandate for Changi Airport Group’s online retail wing.

The agency will create dedicated marketing campaigns for iShopChangi.com. The first campaign from Tribal titled Santa’s Great Getaway was launched last week.

Changi Airport Group has recently appointed Tribal Worldwide Singapore as its digital creative agency on record to develop dedicated marketing campaigns for its online retail arm, iShopChangi.com. The appointment is for two years with an option to extend.

As one of the leading innovators in the industry, Changi Airport is among the first airports to have its own e-commerce business. Launched in 2013 as an extension of Changi’s promise to deliver greater convenience to travellers in its suite of airport retail offerings, the online duty-free store has grown to now retail over 17,000 products found across all four airport terminals.

The first campaign executed by Tribal for iShopChangi, Santa’s Great Getaway, launched last week ahead of the festive gifting season. Shoppers can look forward to savings of up to S$100 and can stand to win free vacations through an online treasure hunt.
