Ecommerce portal Myntra pairs up with Adidas for film on rustic football in India

A branded content film for Myntra, an Indian e-commerce store specialising in fashion, chronicles the story of a Niranjana Parte, a young footballer from a small village named Mandla.

Through the course of the film, it is revealed that the driving force behind football in the village is the Mrida Education and Welfare society, an organisation that Myntra and sportswear brand Adidas have been supporting.

Eschewing an in-your-face approach, the film nevertheless emphasises the role these brands have played in bringing football to a remote outpost in the country.

The film is part of Myntra Unforgettables, a branded content initiative by the Indian fashion portal. It has been created by content specialist firm 101.
