Mindshare leads WARC’s ‘Best of the Best’ list for Asia

Mindshare has emerged as the leading network in Asia according to WARC’s ‘Best of the Best’ list. Compiled by WARC, the list is a ranking of the region’s best campaigns, agencies and brands across parameters like creativity, effectiveness and media excellence.

Mindshare won ‘network of the year’, trumping Ogilvy and McCann Worldgroup, while the  Shanghai operations of the media agency bagged ‘agency of the year’, beating Ogilvy Mumbai and FCB Ulka Mumbai.

When it came to WARC’s list of Asia’s best campaigns of 2019, the top five campaigns for creativity included ‘No conditions apply’ for the Times of India by FCB Ulka Mumbai:

‘Blink to speak’ for the Asha Ek Hope Foundation by TBWA\India:

Hot & Spicy for KFC by Ogilvy Hong Kong:

Mystraw for Binggrae banana milk by Innored, Korea:

‘Green light run’ for Adidas from TBWA\Hakuhodo Tokyo.

Mindshare dominated the media rankings, accounting for five slots in the top 10 including the first three ranks. The top five campaigns in media included ‘Turning KFC into a gamer’s playground’ by Mindshare Shanghai:

‘Hijacking the largest shopping festival in the world’ by Mindshare Shanghai for Uniqlo:

‘New thinking’ for Star Plus by Mindshare Mumbai:

’24 hour doctor’ by PHD Shanghai for Lifebuoy:

‘Pocket Dentist’ for Colgate by Redfuse.
