Wunderman Thompson wins Changi Airport Group account for Indonesia

Wunderman Thompson has won the mandate to be creative partner of the Changi Airport Group in Indonesia.

The assignment is for two years and the scope includes integrated communications, strategy and customer experience design.

The announcement:

Changi Airport Group, the company managing Changi Airport, has appointed Wunderman Thompson Indonesia as its creative communications partner specifically for the Indonesia market.

Wunderman Thompson was selected as Changi Airports Group’s agency of record for Indonesia in April 2019, following a competitive pitch. The tenure will be for two years, and the scope encompasses creative integrated communications and strategy, including CX design.

Our main task is to build on the brand’s already strong relationship with Indonesian travelers to inspire and encourage more Indonesians to make Changi part of their overall travelling journey,” explained Marianne Admardatine, CEO of Wunderman Thompson Indonesia.
