Edelman Singapore wins Asia communications mandate for Microsoft

Microsoft Asia has appointed public relations firm Edelman Singapore as its agency of record.

Edelman’s mandate includes corporate, commercial, consumer and analyst relations.  While the mandate covers the region, Edelman clarified that its appointment will not affect existing communication agency relationships in individual markets across Asia.

The announcement:

Edelman Singapore has been appointed as an Agency-of-Record (AOR) for Microsoft Asia to cover Corporate, Commercial, Consumer & Analyst Relations remits at the Asia HQ level.

In this role, Edelman will draw on its full range of capabilities, from corporate reputation, digital marketing and creative, to help Microsoft in promoting and protecting company’s brand and thought leadership positioning in Asia.

Edelman’s appointment will not affect Microsoft’s existing communications agency relationships in individual markets across Asia.
