‘Keep On Rollin’ says judo champ turned actor Joe Taslim in commercial for Jointfit pain relief gel

A new film for Jointfit a pain relief gel from Combiphar tells the tale of judo champion turned actor Joe Taslim.

Created by Grey Indonesia, ‘Keep On Rollin’ runs for over eight minutes and is about Taslim learning early on in life, that surrender or compromise is not an option. His father persuades him to give up his ambitions of becoming a badminton player and instead gets him to take up a career as a martial arts athlete.

The message of the film influenced the production techniques used with the film shot in a ‘one-take non-stop shot’ to stay true to the theme of ‘Keep On Rollin’.

Combiphar vice president of marketing consumer intensive care Evi K Santoso said: “Jointfit chose film as the media of communication because we felt it would be effective in reaching our target market.

“Eventually, we were also keen to launch this film on digital platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. We want that our movie can be enjoyed by all Indonesian citizens.”

Grey Indonesia CEO Subaraju Alluri said: “Grey Indonesia was handed the task to formulate a campaign for Jointfit, and we are incredibly thrilled to be a part of the campaign that is told through a powerful and relentless story.”
