Ron Zou joins Mindshare China as talent director

Ron Zou has been appointed as talent director at Mindshare China. He was most recently with Starbucks China as senior business HR manager. 

Zou replaces Michelle Jiang who has been promoted to GroupM’s chief talent officer. He will report to Jiang and to Mindshare Asia-Pacific CEO and executive chair for greater China Amrita Randhawa.

The announcement:

Mindshare China has today announced the appointment of Ron Zou as Talent Director, effective immediately. He succeeds Michelle Jiang, who has been promoted to Chief Talent Officer for GroupM China. Zou will report to Amrita Randhawa, CEO Mindshare Asia-Pacific and Executive Chair Greater China, and Michelle Jiang, CTO GroupM China. 

Zou joins Mindshare with over 15 years of extensive HR experience, having worked in a number of leading multinational companies including Abbott, Ferrero and most recently, Starbucks China. There, he supported the CEO by developing talent-related initiatives for the Marketing and Digital Ventures categories, in addition to supporting functional roles.
