News creates ‘life stages’ video campaign in push to be a ‘career companion’

Job search business, Singapore, has launched a campaign designed to position itself as a “career companion” rather than simply a jobs board.

A number of videos hosted on its social platforms showcase people in various stages of their life, from new graduates seeking a break, through to young adults and working parents.

The campaign urges candidates to “keep evaluating their career goals”.

“Amidst the backdrop of a slowing global economy, challenges are aplenty for local jobseekers,” said. “Job search difficulties become more pronounced as one enters a different “life stage” and starts pursuing different things in accordance to one’s shifting priorities.”

It added that building a career is a “lifetime journey” where every stage in life can ignite the need for a career change.

“Through this latest online campaign, urges candidates to keep evaluating their career goals, no matter which life stage they are at,” the company said.
