Kwek-Perroy Li Choo exits Manulife as chief transformation officer and chief customer officer

Kwek-Perroy Li Choo has left Manulife as chief transformation officer and chief customer officer.

She was with Manulife for over three years having joined as chief customer officer and regional head of bancassurance marketing. Her former employers include Axa where she left as chief marketing officer and Deloitte.

She played a key role in recent campaigns from Manulife that attempted to attract a younger audience to its offering including TSLA’s ‘Mrs Fortune Teller‘ and ‘The Vault Game‘ from customer experience specialist agency Union.
