Together again: Green and Grace

Leo Burnett Singapore has hired Australian Tim Green to replace Ted Lim as executive creative director.

Lim quit Burnett in March after less than a year to join Dentsu, where he is now chief creative officer.

Green joins from Leo Burnett’s Sydney office where he was CD. He is reunited with former colleague and agency CEO Josh Grace, who moved to Singapore from Leo Burnett Sydney in September last year.

At Leo Burnett Sydney, Green worked on clients including Diageo, Canon, Colonial First State, GIO Insurance, McDonald’s and P&G.

His most notable work was his contribution to the multi-award winning Watermark campaign for Bundaberg Rum.

This is not Green’s first stint in Asia. He worked as regional ECD at JWT based in Singapore.

Grace commented in a press release: ” Tim’s stellar track record as a world-class creative talent and his extended experience in Southeast Asia makes him a great teammate to partner with in achieving our ambition for Leo Burnett Singapore.”

“Having worked with Tim in Sydney, I know for a fact that he shares the same values with me on work ethics and team work, a hallmark of the Leo Burnett network. I am looking forward to having him on board with us to make all the possibilities and potentials of the agency and market a reality.”
