M1 tells Singaporeans it’s ‘for every one’

Singapore telco M1 has launched a campaign to introduce its new positioning, ‘M1. For Every One.’

The campaign follows last year’s ‘A better experience with M1’ slogan.

TV and print will lead the campaign, and Facebook and Instagram used to open a dialogue with Singaporeans about what they feel about M1’s 4G and Fibre Broadband services. Consumers can upload videos using an M1 Facebook app telling the telco what they enjoy about their services.

M1’s ad agency, Y&R, hadn’t responded to Mumbrella at the time of writing on whether M1 customers could post videos expressing what they don’t like about the telco’s services.

Melvin Kuek, Y&R Singapore’s MD said: “To demonstrate the saliency of the campaign proposition, this campaign will provide a platform for our customers to tell us which M1 products/services matter to them in a fun and rewarding manner. It is the best way to show that M1 has always listened to their customers to give them the best telcom experience they want.”
