Japanese ad agency Dentsu has brought in new leadership in Indonesia.

Joining the agency as president director is Bobby Arthawan, the CEO of Gomobile.

Arthawan replaces Elbinasari Soemantri, who has moved to sibling agency Dentsu Sparks as COO.

Filling the long-vacant ECD role at Dentsu Indonesia is Keat Soh, who joins from Iris Worldwide where he ran the agency’s Indonesian creative offering.

And new to the role of technical advisor, the equivalent of CEO, is Kenji Nogami, who moves over from Dentsu’s Singapore office.

Harris Thajeb, president director, Dentsu Media Group Indonesia – Dentsu Indonesia’s holding company – said: “We’ve seen excellent growth in Indonesia over the last year adding clients such as Mandom, Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, and Calpis Indonesia to our portfolio. With the addition of such a highly accomplished trio such as Bobby, Keat, and Kenji, we’re definitely ready for an even stronger performance in 2014.”
