Y&R Thailand’s ‘The power of love’ for Dtac

YouTube has released a ranking of the most popular ads on the channel in Asia Pacific over the last 12 months, as measured by a combination of organic views and paid views.

Unlike last year, when ads made outside of the region dominated the list, more locally made work features this year, including ‘Labels for women’ by BBDO Guerrero for Pantene, Ogilvy India’s ‘Google Search: Reunion’ and ‘The power of love’ for Dtac by Y&R Thailand.

John Merrifield, Google APAC’s chief creative officer, said in a press release: “This year’s leaderboard shows that the brands that are grabbing a larger share of the future are not just embracing the platform but experimenting with ever more engaging ways to entertain, inform and delight their audiences.”
