Lorenzo unleashes flashmob at Women’s Tennis Association finals in Singapore

Lorenzo International flashmobA furniture brand staged what is claimed to be the largest flashmob ever held at an international sporting event in Singapore last week.

Lorenzo International mobilised more than 100 Singaporeans aged eight to 17 to dance to Taylor Swift’s latest song “Shake It Off” before a match at the Women’s Tennis Association Finals, of which the brand is Official Ball-Kids Sponsor.

The flashmob, a fan’s video of which can be viewed below, was held just before the first semi-final match began.

The agency behind the activation was The Fat Oracle, which was appointed as Lorenzo International’s marketing and PR agency of record three months ago.

As a result of Lorenzo’s sponsorship of the competition and activation of the endorsement through social media, PR and fan contests, retail sales have spiked, according to the company.
