HITS launches in Taiwan

Rewind NetworksRewind Networks, the three year-old Singapore-based media company behind HITS, has entered Taiwan through a deal with China Network Systems to broadcast HITS on pay-TV locally.

The announcement:

Singapore/Taipei, 26 October 2015 – Fresh off the heels of launching in Thailand, HITS announced its latest deal to enter into its seventh market with leading Taiwanese pay-TV provider China Network Systems (CNS). HITS will be on CNS’ digital basic tier and available in HD within the end of 2015 and subtitled in Traditional Chinese.

The portfolio of HITS’ shows launched the careers of A-list stars including Robin Williams in Mork & Mindy and Jerry Seinfeld from Seinfeld. Other shows such as MacGyver, M*A*S*H and The X- Files reinvented their genres.
