Happy Marketer retains SMRT social account following review
Singapore’s public transport operator SMRT has re-appointed Happy Marketer to its social media account following a review.
The agency has handled the account since last year. The remit includes social listening, analysis and social media responding for the operator’s buses and underground rail services.
SMRT’s lead for New Media Jean Pham said: “Our partnership will further strengthen our core value of service excellence. Leveraging the use of technology and best industry practices will help us monitor and respond better in this dynamic space and take proactive steps by feeling the pulse on the ground, as well as addressing feedback from our commuters.”
