Havas Singapore handed creative and digital duties for Mitsubishi

Havas Group Singapore has been appointed to handle the creative, digital and integrated brand communications for Mitsubishi.

The win extends the agency’s relationship with automotive group Cycle & Carriage, which distributes a number of car brands in South east Asia, including Mitsubishi.

It is understood no other agencies were involved in a pitch.

Havas last month won the creative, digital and integrated brand account for Citroën and DS in Singapore, also distributed by Cycle & Carriage.

The account will be overseen by Veronica Hong, who joins Havas from McCann. She will report to Havas Group Singapore business director Genevieve Seah.

Cycle & Carriage Singapore deputy director, multi-franchise operations, Dawn Pan, said: “Since the start of our partnership, the team has shown tremendous passion and solid understanding of the local automobile landscape, resulting in meaningful campaigns that make the best use of data, media and creativity.

“We are confident this partnership will enable us to further elevate the brand love for Mitsubishi in Singapore.”

Seah added: “Our strengths across creative, media and digital coupled with our access to entertainment platforms via our Vivendi parentage will add value to the account and strengthen its presence in Singapore.”
