Klareco appoints Yvonne Koh and Prisita Menon as senior directors

Public relations firm Klareco Communications has appointed Yvonne Koh and Prisita Menon as senior directors. Koh was most recently general manager Gloo PR and has previously worked for PayPal and the MSL group. 

Menon was most recently head of Singapore and executive director of Asia-Pacific at PR firm Cognito. She has previously worked for E&Y, Ogilvy and Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.

The Asia-based organisation co-founded by Shih-Huei and Managing Director Mark Worthington is now joined by communications veterans Yvonne Koh and Prisita Menon as Senior Directors of Klareco. Both Senior Directors will undergo a formal Partner appointment process, with a view to providing insight- driven communications counsel and reputation management for in-country, regional and international remits. 

Yvonne is a global communications leader with more than two decades of experience in campaigns and communications across the Asia Pacific and U.S. markets. As a trusted veteran in the field, Yvonne has led agency and in-house teams in winning several regional industry awards. Her industry experience includes fintech, consumer packaged goods, retail, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, healthcare and government communications. Yvonne has also previously led both public affairs and consumer teams in regional and multinational companies. Her recent roles include Asia Pacific Head of Communications at PayPal, Managing Director of Southeast Asia at MSL Singapore, and Senior Vice President in MSL’s New York office.

Prisita comes with 13 years of communications experience in both in-house and agency roles. Her wealth of practice in professional services, financial communications, and fintech were drawn from her communications background in industries across asset management, property, government, micro- financing, financial services, and public affairs. She was most recently the Head of Cognito Singapore, where she was responsible for laying the firm’s foundational focus for its clients and expanding the team. She was also at the Ministry of Manpower for four years, where she worked on inter- governmental initiatives and worked closely with advertising agencies to drive awareness campaigns. In her early career at Ogilvy, Prisita honed her senses for integrated communications approaches through public and corporate sector 360 campaigns.
