New leadership across Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore at PR firm Ruder Finn

Public relations firm Ruder Finn has announced several new leadership appointments in key markets in the region such as Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, besides bringing in senior talent on verticals like regional luxury, automotive and integrated marketing. 

Winnie Lai

Winnie Lai has joined the Hong Kong operations as vice president and general manager. She was most recently vice president of greater China at Waggoner Edstrom, and has previously worked for ComputerWorld and Hill & Knowlton.

Brian Witte

Brian Witte has been promoted to the deputy general manager of Singapore. Witte has been with the firm since 2012 when he joined as senior consultant. He has previously worked for Porter Novelli and Burson-Marsteller China. 

Elya Eusoff has joined the Malaysia operations of the agency as general manager. He was most recently director of digital PR at Bonsey Jaden and has previously worked for Text 100 and Go Communications. 

Other promotions at the agency include Gao Ming being named senior vice president, managing director of the luxury practice; Long Xi as leader of integrated marketing practice and finally Will Yuan as leader of the automotive practice, Ruder Finn China.

Commenting on the changes Ruder Finn executive vice president and regional director Elan Shou said: “We are delighted to strengthen our leadership across Asia-Pacific, welcoming new colleagues and applauding existing colleagues as they begin their new roles.”
