The denim brand has teamed up with online streaming service Deezer for the first time, and has launched a competition that asks entrants to submit a song that empowers women via an up created for the Deezer platform.

The song will be added to #LadiesInLevisMY playlist, and shared on social media. The competition winners get Levi’s vouchers and bluetooth headphones.

Anitha Narayanan, country manager of Levi Strauss Malaysia said: “The Levi’s brand is pleased to announce a first-of-its-kind collaboration with a global music streaming service, as a digital platform to engage and empower. This collaboration with Deezer is another way for Levi’s to connect with our consumers, and to further evoke the spirit of the brand which has always been an embodiment of the events of its time.”

The campaign, which was brokered by Pixels, will run until the end of the month.
